Upgrading to bigger tank

I currently have a 120 litre tank and am just setting up a 300 litre. My current 120 has 3 clowns, a bangaii and a yellow tang along with a bunch of thriving mainly LPS corals. Once my bigger tank is fully cycled can I add all 5 fish (bearing in mind I'm going to have to move most of my rock work to catch them) or should I do it more gradually? I'm intending to move my corals over last - in stages. Would adding all 5 fish be too much all at once? All advice gratefully appreciated!

If the rock in the new tank is cycled you should be fine moving them all at once. You might also temporarily move a few of the rocks from your old system over into the new tank to initially help with the bio-load removing one rock a week until all the old rocks are gone.
