Urchin takes bite out of Candy Cane ?!

Any of you guys keep urchins in your tank? Have they ever taken a bite out of one of your corals? That's what I suspect happened to mine last night. Check out the pic below, not far away is the tell tale sign of urchin poo pellets.

This is a healthy frag that was eating every couple of days and really started to look like the main colony:

Will it recover? Should I do anything differently now that it's missing a chunk? Should I keep feeding it every 2 or 3 days like I have been?

I can't say anything for sure about the attack of the urchin. But, I can tell you that Calaustrea are very hardy. I would keep feeding like you have been, if not more, and it will probably be fine.
