Urgent Help Needed!

Hey, I already emailed support, I got my apex for Christmas and it had been working perfectly ever since. I noticed that my algae scrubber lights were on when it should not have been... I tried to turn them off via the iphone app and the web server, and nothing works. Its seems to be stuck in the on position. I have tried resetting the main power on the entire system. Updated the firmware and website files on the controller. I also updated the settings for that outlet. Its not as bad as it could have been but I am worried this will happen to my heaters or something else. Anyone have any other ideas I can try?

I am hoping support can help or at least send me a replacement unit asap.

The obvious question has it been contact with any water? Have you tried connecting the light to another outlet to see if it can be controlled.

If there has been a short the outlet will remain in the on position. It happened with one of my light when some condensation followed along a wire.

As a side note set your outlets on your heaters to "fallback off" that way if you lose communication with the base unit they will turn off.

No the outlet has never had a single drop of water on it. After I read the manual and it says very clear, I made sure it would stay dry.

There must have been a short of some type but I am not sure what could have done it.

I am not sure that defaulting the heaters to on or off would be much of a help.

I spoke with Neptune systems and they are sending a replacement. They are very helpful and worked with me to get what I needed.

For now I will put a timer on for that one outlet.
