Rainbow

Just did a water change as soon as I could and my test levels are
pH 8.0 ammonia 0 nitrite .5 nitrate 5.0

I was also reaquascaping two days ago. My tank is roughly 3 months old or older. And started off by getting cycled water from a establish tank

When I first relieved my tank I transfered established water from another tank that's been fully cylcled/established for two years

One clown, porcelain crab, emerald crab, cleaner shrimp, some snails, blue red hermits. And a pistol shrimp.

3 head bicolor hammer, 2 head purple hammer. 4 frags of random zoas(possible 30-40 heads), 6 head duncan, 2 frags of small acans, 1 head torch, 2 head frogspawn. And a green long tentacle. And lastly my rainbow bubble tip.

I came across an old forum forum where another gentleman had the same problem but it happened because he removed his rainbow anemone out of a "cage" ( not sure ) then after a week saw some deteriation, then put it back in the cage where there was barely any flow and restored them after several of months.

Current anemone condition after turning off light and power head to decrease water flow (hopefully it helps). Water flow now running through return pump..?

Not sure if this was a good idea
