Uronema ???

Both of my Chaetodon Octofasciatus was showing signs like rapid breathing , scales falling off ( not much ) and red marks on the body . They have stopped eating since then . Is that the symptoms of Uronema ? And if it's uronema , is there any treatment for it ? Thanks so much

Just want to let u guys know that the fishes didnt make it ,and some others die too. This is not uronema but its something far more deadlier . The symptoms are hiding , then suddenly stop eating , scales falling off ,twitching , bloody red patches and cloudy eyes . finally the fish die .I have lost my 1 year old tamarin wrasse , 1 year old dragon wrasse , a spotted sweetlips and 2 octofasciatus butterflyfish . I just want to know what diseas just kill my tank !
