Using PC ballast to power T5's

Hello everyone. I am using a Current USA 2x150 hqi and a 2x130 PC setup now. I am wanting to upgrade on some of the lights. I was think my current PC ballasts could run T5's. The ballast is a Sunpak 1777 ballast and is rated for 130 watts. Could I use one of the ballast to run 2, 54 watt T5's? I know the wattage seems close but dont know if it will work. I also had plans to do a 250 watt HQI retrofit and enlarge the openings a bit on my current fixture and replace the ballasts so I could run 250 HQI's with 2 T5 Actinics. Does this sound do-able? If so what is the best 03 Actinic bulb for the T5. I was going to run 10K 250's and need the added blue.

Go to www.fulham.com
Select "T5 Linear HO," "2xF54 HO" and "120."
Select "Find" and "Display Diagram."
You will find wiring diagrams for your two T5HO lamps and a "Workhorse 5" ballast.

From the toolbar, select "Ballasts," "WorkHorse Fluorescent In-Fixture," "WorkHorse 5 (120v)."

You will find that the WorkHorse 5 ballast is rated for 128-watts and is similar to your PC 130-watt ballast. The challenge is to match the wires on your ballast with the wires in the diagram.
