Using volcanoe shrimp in a cuc

So I'm wanting to add some volcano shrimp to my tank for a part of the cuc... They are super small, breed well, and can get where other snails/shrimp can't... Plus they could make a good meal for some fish that can catch them... Has anyone here ever used them before? Any tips?

If you're talking about Halocaridina rubra they're a brackish species. I don't know if they'd survive for long in a marine evrionment.
