could I add a uv sterlizer to a cpr bakpak refugium

What is your purpose for adding UV?

To kill the dangerous algae growing and bacteria there

UV is just a tube with an inlet and outlet. Get yourself an appropriate sized pump, attach it to some plastic tubes, and mount it on the UV. Or you can hard plumb it with PVC.

if you can fit the pump into the refugium, that will work.. or get a dry pump and stick a hose into the refugium
