VDM work on other LED systems?

Neptune states Aqua Illumination but how about Maxspect, or even those DIY LED kits (using dimmable drivers).

I'm not using the VDM per se, but I'm using two of the variable speed ports on the Apex base unit to dim meanwell drivers on a DIY LED setup; I think quite a few people are. As far as off-the-shelf units go, you should be able to use either the VDM or the base unit ports to dim anything that will take a 0 - 10 volt input to control the dimming.

I have to get the VDM since I got the lite APEX base unit. I bought my APEX in parts through a period of months as opposed to getting one of the deals. Plus I had stuff from my AC JR I used.

Yep, like Chuck said, you can use the 4 variable speed ports that come on the VDM just like the built in ports on the Apex regular base module.
