vectra and battery back up + reeflink

hi all, new to the site but not the hobby. i Currently have my vectra m1 hooked up to ESL via the reef link and battery backup with the booster cable and having a few issues with it.
via ESL i can't calibrate the vectra (via iphone app or web site), it just hangs when "finalising calibration". via the ESL web site i can't change things like feed mode etc, i also have no "live" status of the pump. Does anyone else run the vectra via esl?

my second issue is the battery backup, it says i need to update the firmware on the pumps controller, took me ages to get this done as well (had to plug my reeflink into the laptop and update the firmware via the reeflink setup app (the ESL site and iphone app just hung), since upgrading the firmware though the pump still does not have enough power to actually do anything.

i can't find the latest firmware version on the ecotech website, in fact i can't find allot of help on anything.

any help much appreciated.

Please make sure you're using Google Chrome as your web browser when accessing ESL or you can experience these types of issues. That said, this is a pretty unusual issue and I would recommend contacting me directly via email for more advanced troubleshooting.
