Vectra M1 controller issue

I installed 4 M1s last week. One of the controller's LED indicator lights are going out. The control dial is still lit green, and water is still being pushed by the pump. Is there a specific reason for this? Or, is most likely that the controller has a defect?

Did you happen to enable the "Driver Auto-dim" feature on that controller? If not, I would recommend performing a soft reset on the controller and switching power supplies to see if you're able to determine the cause. If you continue to have issues, please contact our customer service department directly.
