Vectra M1 handle back Pressure?

It's a 105 reef ready tank. The pump I'm using right now is a DC Waveline 6000. Head is 4ft. I have a pvc manifold off of the return line feeding a carbon reactor. I wanted also to add a GFO reactor to the manifold and a bio pellet reactor.
However the Waveline can't handle the back pressure associated with the GFO and bio pellets after a short time period. We only using half of the speed on the pump . Even if I increase the speed the pump still can't handle the pressure from the reactors.
I'm were hoping that the M1 could handle it better instead of having multiple pumps.
