very small starfish?

I first noticed one in my tank a couple of years ago. A year or so later there were so many that i can't seem to get rid of them all. I have been removing them by hand. Is there any easy way to get rid of them?

Harlequin Shrimp would eat them

Harlequin shrimp WILL eat them, but if the infestation is that extreme, the stars will most likely grow and reproduce faster than the shrimp can eat them.

i've been suctioning them out at water changes and have a harlequin to take care of the rest.
