would 4 vho bulbs be okay for rics? 2 actinic and 2 white grow lights for coral.
i also have two 175 mh but i didnt want to run them for to long at all.
just got my first ric- wish i had a pic for you guys - its a little small but theres two.

actually this would be perfect, rics needs Low to Moderate light with low water flow, you can still run the MH light for a couple of hours a day to enhance the colors but not necessary,
