I have set up a QT tank with 2 clowns and a kole tang.
I dosed cupramine a few days ago but yesterday the kole tang start breathing fast and had his mouth open.
I did a 100% water change and dosed half the recommended amount of cupramine. The tang continued breathing rapidly so I put in some polyfilter and carbon to reduce the copper in the water.
I will do another 100% water change tomorrow morning.
When I introduced the fish in the QT they seemed fine. Even the tang (although skittish) would graze on the plastic tube and the bottom of the tank.
The clowns seem fine. Other than their appetite loss they act quite normal...
