Vinegar dosing question.

I been reading a lot and also found a nice chart of how much I should be dosing. My tank is a 75g with 30g sump
I stared dosing 3ml yesterday . I know I should kick it up after a week, but should I dose 3ml every day for 1 week or is it once a week ? Is it a everyday thing or a weekly thing ? That chart goes by week but doesn't tell me if I should be dosing every day or weekly.

which chart are you looking at? its .8ml per 25 gallons daily. Day 4 you start upping the dose. Look here.

I just started this myself about 3-4 days ago. I figured my total water volume including the sump at about 125 gallons so I'm dosing 4mL daily.

Edit: When you are calculating your water volume, make sure you take into account your rock/sand displacement. A 75 gallon tank with live rock and sand doesn't hold 75 gallons of water. I based mined off the fact that I have a 125 gallon tank with a 30 sump. Think it came out to about 120gallons total but I rounded up to make the math easier, and my auto doser only goes down to 1mL per dose. Dosing vinegar as opposed to vodka gives you a tad more wiggle room on total water volume.

Thank you ! I should have about 80G of water then. I will keep dosing 3ml every day. The article say that the guy stared dosing 15ml a day for his 100 G. So this is a every day thing. Until I get the nitrates down to 0 right ?
