Volunteers pay attention

Thank you for your hospitality on Sunday. You have a wonderful group and again, we welcome them to St. Jude.
Just a few notes:
I have gone over all of the paper work turned in on Sunday night. 6 members have completed all that is required and will be processed for acceptance immediately. 7 need one or two more forms completed before they can be proceed. I have attached a sheet describing who needs what.
Only the 1st, 2nd, and 4th pages of the application need to be completed.
Just have them return the necessary forms to Eula Ellington via mail or fax:

Please reiterate to your volunteers the need to clock in and out, and remind them that only club members who have received their acceptance letters are eligible to come to the hospital and participate in the program. Of course anyone is welcome to come take a tour during the week or visit the gift shop and Pavilion.
Any of the members who missed the orientation can sign up for one of the regularly scheduled sessions by calling Eula at 495-3327. They just need to identify themselves as aquarium volunteers and let her know they do not need to attend the information session part.
I am really looking forward to seeing some of the things you place in the tanks. Your wife explained a few of the things you have in the two tanks in your computer room. I know the kids will enjoy it, it made me feel like a kid just looking at it all.
Let me know how things progress and we will plan a fun "Grand Opening."

Willem - you missed the July meeting. That is where we had Randa from St. Jude come and do our orientation. I am sure you can still schedule for another orientation at a later date.

She has your apps but didn't train you. Everyone who's applying late will have to be trained but its no big deal. I'm sure we can have another training here in town some night.
