Vortech MP-60 problems -Again

My vortech is doing it again. It runs for a while then cuts off, flashes yellow and red, then cuts back on again. It has happened before, and eco-tech sent me a new dry side. What can we do this time?

Call Eco Tech and talk to them about it. I wouldn't try to 'fix' a $600 pump that is still under warranty on my own.

I would recommend giving your wetside a good cleaning, and verifying that you're using the correct spacer. If that does not resolve the issue, please give us a call today.

its about 3 years old, is it still under warranty? The replacement was sent to me about 8-10 months ago, does the warranty start over?

Btw I'm using the smallest spacer. My acrylic is 3/4"

The warranty does not reset, but I would recommend contacting us directly to discuss your options.
