Just wanted to put this out there for those of thinking of replacing their MP10 bearings. So I bought an MP10 off this forum used for $130 with extra bearings. Well the extra bearings were for an MP40 after doing some more research. So I got the correct bearings.
Well it took me near an hour just to get the black plastic casing halfway open and pull the motor out. Not so easy like the MP40. The rest of it came apart just fine except getting the bearings off. Talk about having to improvise. Seriously, just get a bearing puller off of eBay if you want to do this.
Finally after days of waiting for bearings to come in the mail, I get it all back together (yes in the proper order). Slap it on the tank, nice and quiet and go to bed. Wake up the next day to the controller flashing green and red. Find out this is a stall error. Tried it with the wet side off and it stalls. I found tipping it gets it to run but then it stops again.
Bottom line is I just wasted $150 total attempting to try to fix something not meant to be pulled apart. Just know it isn't as quick as people say it is. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but it didn't work out for me like it did for others.
