vortech pump question

so i just installed 2 mp10 es/w units on my tank i have them setup and everything but my question is, when you change between the different modes specifically when you get to reef crest mode. how can you tell if your in reef crest or lagoon mode. since they are both listed as being on the yellow led light how do you know which one your using? is there a way to tell other then the type of water movement?

In my small tank Reef Crest is obvious by looking at the water surface

how do you actually switch from reef crest and lagoon? when i hit the mode button it just cycles through the colors? is there something special you have to do to go from reef crest to lagoon?

use the set button to toggle between the two. I believe reef crest will show the first two led lights lite up and lagoon will light the 3rd and 4th led. Look in you quick start guide pg 7.

yeah i read that a few times but it never actually explains how to switch between the two modes, which is why i was asking =). oh wait i think i understand now. ok so i have my mp 10's on the yellow light which is random mode so i guess its neither reef crest or lagoon. in order to get to reef crest or lagoon i need to hit the set button to choose one.

it would be nice if they would mention to hit the set button in the manual. i see the illustration that shows which led lights will light up but it doesnt say to hit the set button.

ok awsome hitting the set button changes the leds like in the manual so i guess im in reef crest mode now thx for the help
