Waht is this? Need I.D. Please

I noticed these small white specs on an empty hermit crab shell. I took a pic an enlarged it. The largest one in the pic is about 1/32". Please help identify. Thanks in advance!

Just small tube worms. Much like a feather duster just on a smaller scale. They are harmless. Over time you will get a buildup in your skimmer etc of them..

Looks to me like the shell is from a conch. Hermit crabs don't make their own shells.

they are called SPIRORBID WORMS,
here is a link.. doesnt really look like the picture but that is what they are.. i have them all over my tank
