Want to build a deep sand bed in a bucket. Got any parts?

I am going to add a remote DSB to my system by using a 5gal. bucket. I have a bucket but I need almost everything else. I would love some free-bees but I'm willing to pay for supplies if I have to.

I need:
-About four gallons of oolitic sand (alive or dead)
-A small pump
-Two bulkheads for curved applications (to put on the bucket)

And that's it!! If you can help out, that would be great.

The bulkhead you need is a "uniseal" universal bulkhead.

Any one have extra sand to sell? I don't want to pay 30$ per bag of fine sand.

Or you could buy play sand at Lowes. Just make sure you get the filtered sand, and rinse it pretty good. I've used it in multiple tanks and it works fine, just very fine sand, so in a high-flow tank, it tends to stir up a lot of the time. That shouldn't be a problem for your application.
