I thought I would float this out there in case anyone's magnifica spawns in their tank.
I will pay to have you overnight a few cups of clowdy tank water to me.
I want to see if this will induce my magnificas to do anything. Since they are clones from an anemone which has been in captivity for seven years without spawning, I am holding out hope that they are female.
Since it is not known if magnificas are internal or externally brooded, I wanted to investigate what happens if traces of sperm are introduced to the tank.
As always, I would also be very interested to hear of any instances of a magnifica releasing eggs and am always looking for healthy specimens for my future breeding research.
