wanted- sand polyps and open brain coral

any one out there have any sand polyps they are willing to sell or trade.

i have also been in the market for an open brain coral but cannot afford store prices. just about any color is fine with me!

or any other coral goodies, i missed the swap and the october meeting and i am like going into coral withdrawl or somthing :spin1:
i usually get a new little somthing each month and it keeps my passion for the hobby going strong.

they look like zoas but are solid gold/yellow and have long tentacles and are grown in the sand bed.

i had 5 polyps but i put them on a rock and they died, i assume sand polyps NEED SAND duhh...(

but i could be wrong about them needing sand, maybe they just did not do well in that particualr tank.

see i have 3 tanks and they apparently all differ as i did an experiment. i had 3 green monticap frags from the same colony, i put 1 in each tank;
in the 40 it has encurasted and grown alot and id very colorful, in the 16 gallon it just faded and died, in the 23 its alive and retained its color but has not encrusted or grown much at all.

Not a very clear pic but it kinda sounds like these, there a little yellowish and greenish I gave some to yourreef, and from the sounds of it Paul may have picked em up. And I dont see it on his listing anymore.

yellow star polyps probably. they have amazingly long "skirts" and they eat a lot and look pretty cool.

i am open to any corals for sale or trade and i have money from painting a mural at my bros so i can buy a full coral ($30 or less in price) this time
such as

pagoda corals (i have green one that is dome shaped not cup shaped and it has been with me for a year and has grown so much)

favias

blastos

candycanes

hammer/torch/frogspawn

SPS that can live with compact florecent ights

shrooms of some color/kind i don't have (i have ALOT)

just anything really

(gets on one knee and begs)

PS the only time i can really pick up any thing is at the meeting.
