Came home from a week long trip to discover that my chalice and a favia had decided to engage in battle after being in the same spots for six months. Favia big loser it now has only five polyps left. The other 3/4 of it was basically digested off. I pulled it out and washed off all the partially dissolved tissue and replaced it in the tank. Any one have any tips on helping it survive?
