my goby jumped out of my tank yesterday... first loss I've had in the tank (that has been up for a year). The goby was in my tank for 10 months and I never saw him so much as leave the sand other than to get food. Although I try not to get attached to my fish (they are just fish), I feel terrible for not taking the precautions of covering the tank. As I am in the process of upgrading from my 20L to a 75, I will not replace him until the upgrade is complete, but I will be sure to have a cover on the 75 to prevent future jumpers from suffering on my basement floor. Just thought I'd share for those that run an open tank. Thanks for reading
