water change pump

what type and size pump should i use for my water change container? i am using a 32g brute trash can. I make up 20g of water each water change. I am looking for a pump that will be able to mix the salt along with pumping the saltwater back into my tank.

Same I mix about 20g and it takes like 4min or so to pump it in the DT which is a little over 5ft off the round
