Water Flow On The Tank

I Have a Rimless 75 gallon tank , with center overbox , but it seem not to have alont flow , on my left side i have a Ecotech MP40QD.
And on my right side i have a Hydor Powerhead.

Does anyone have a better placement for the powerhead.

The large one definitely should. I have the small one on a 45G and only bring it up to about 50%. Have a look at the reviews on marinedepot or BRS or even search here. You'll see a lot of really positive stuff about them. However, I'm sure you can do a great job with what you already have, but I've never used other powerheads or multiple so can't help you with placement.

I'd try putting both devices on the same side up high to see if you can get the gyre effect with them before selling and buying new equipment.

Speaking of gyre effect, this brings up an interesting question. If I put both of my mp10's on one side of the tank, would that create the same effect?

I think that's what Hal is suggesting. Setting them both up at the top in the same place to flow along the length of the tank should provide the same effect. But, I believe the Gyre also sucks from the bottom as it pushes out the front...at least that what it looks like when I watch closely.
