Water on the Floor Sensor

I'm running an ACIII. Where can I get a "water on the floor" sensor? I'm so confused. The Neptune web site references this application several times, but there is no product info.

What product(s) will work and are there other hardware/accessories that I will need to purchase with it?

thanks.

Many people use the Water Bug; search the forum and you will find details on were to purchase them and options to hook them up. The WaterBug is not a Neptune product but rather an attachment to a home alarm system and since it uses a dry-contact to indicate water on the floor it can be connected directly into the AC controllers using 1 of the switch inputs.

Thanks, Ken. I'm coming up dry on forum searches.
Any additional help/links you can offer? I briefly browsed your little red house, but didn't see anything specific to the WB200.

Any one else?

Would I need to get the extension box or could I run it from the main ACIII unit?
Appreciate the tip!

I use a leapfrog that I got off of woot.com. One of the main reasons for me to upgrae to the ACIII Pro was the ability to use a breakout box to add up to 6 floats/sensors etc for monitoring various items. I tucked a wire on each side and hooked it it the breakout box and programmed tha ACIII to page me as well as shut down the return pump. When I travel outsie the US I have it send me an email and chat with the wife to figure out what's wrong.

Cheers,

Search using WaterBug (all 1 word) and you will have more information than you ever need...

You are correct; I don't use the WB so there is no information on my site. Connecting the WB can be done using a DIY cable or purchase an IO expansion box (which makes connecting very simple); if you are not into DIY.

bimmerzs,
How do you connect the leakfrog to the AC3? I have a couple of those and hadn't thought of hooking it to the AC3.
