Wave Box

Can I, or has anyone used the Wave Box in a 120gal corner tank (Reef)?
I don't so much care about the wave at the the surface of
the water as I do the voluume of water moving throughout
the tank.

Installed the wavebox, sounds like a lung machine that I can hear
throughout my house.
The book says that noises will stop in one to two weeks.
I'm looking for some reassurance, any comments?

hmmm, that is strange. Cuz i have two waveboxes running in my tank without any noise, i even remove the top cover. Just give it a few days it should get better since the pump need to break in..

Thanks Reefer714 I hope that all it is. I noticed that you had a wavysea, have you had any probblems with it? I have (2) & it seems like after aprox. 6mo they start going bad with regard to losing right & left cordinates

Hello Dprince99, i have two wavysea which i use to move my tunze 6100 stream. So far i don't have any problem with it yet, consider it is only a month or two of being use. which version do you have? Standard or Plus? I heard the plus version is better....

I don't trust anything that made in china or Korea . Please keep us update on the wavebox.... My dual wavebox being hook up on Thurs, no noise issue at all. I got dizzy after staring at the wave for too long tho
