The dry side to the Vor Tec fell off the tank and broke the zip tie holding it then proceeded to hit the ingoing connecting plug on the white box. It seems to have loosened the tiny black box that the plug connection plugs into that makes the Vor Tec work. It is no longer working, I can get it to work if I jimmy it around and hold it at a certain angle, I am wondering if something inside the unit at this junction point was loosened or a soldered piece broke inside...of all the places the dry side could have hit, jeez. My guess is it hit the plug just right and tweaked the connection there. How do I get this fixed/replaced?...and why did it fall off after 6 months of running just fine. Very strange.
