Wavebox broken, have tried new drive unit

My Tunze wavebox froze up and I bought a new drive assembly about two months ago. Now it has frozen up again, and this time it was very difficult to remove the drive magnet to clean. It was not dirty, no carbonate build-up like before, but still wouldn't move. Now I have it back together and the magnet will turn (not real easy though), but it won't run under power. The power brick has a red light lit.

Should I send the unit in for repair or is there something I can do?

Thanks

If the propeller is hard to remove which mean it melt or deform. Check both propeller and motor block for any unusual odd shape. You should send it in so Roger or Rodney can take a look at. You may need to replace the propeller

As Jar*Head said send it back to us for inspection. Can you tell if the impeller shaft is warped at all? Either way send it to us, but all you need to send is the motor block (driver if you have one) the impeller and the suction housing. Please send to

Thanks, I'll send it in. I actually have two drive units and neither will turn. Appreciate the help.
