Can you incorporate a web cam into your apex? Can you use you apex as a webhost for a webcam? If so how would you do that?

No, but many webcams have built in webservers just like the Apex does.

Just assign the webcam a different ip on you network and setup port forwarding to forward a different port to the cam. Then you will use the same dyndns with just a different port to view the camera.
