Glad you like it Luisgo, many thanks...
for the photos I am using an kodak z980...

my last movie with it:
http://www.vimeo.com/10317036

for the live transmission, I am using a very normal 1.3 megapixel webcam, really don't know the manufacturer, it is rebranded with the name of the shop, where I bought it, auchan hypermarket.
something like 15 euros

the pc where this is connected do all the work. encoding to asf, that is the secret to put acceptable frame rate with only 490 Kbites...with 640x480

If you try to use the program I am using (webcam 7, or webcam xp), you must put the -asf in the shortcut, something like "c:\where the program is" -asf in the shortcut properties
then you can choose a profile for windows media.

of course you must configure the 9001 port and also the other port you are using for webcam 7 in your router, or less is would be blocked to outside...

I had some work, to achieve smooth frame rate, of course I can put 1280x1024, but lose smoothiness...

Regards!
António
