Weird Growth on Green Birdsnest

Seems like it's sort of attached because I can't wave it off with my hand, but looks like it would be easy enough to just pull off with some tweezers. It's sort of a whitish/clear color. At first I thought it was a piece of food as I noticed it a few days ago after feeding. All the polyps on my birdsnest still come out like normal.

Any idea what this is?

Looks like an over inflated polyp. Also I'm 99% sure that is not a birdsnest. Looks to be a Pocillopra

Yeah it's a pocillopora, I wrote the wrong one it was really late.

Whatever it was it's gone now.
