Weird white stuff on my glass

So I woke up this morning and found like a white swirle on my back glass almost like a worm but it was a tight really close letter S shape for like a good 2 inches any ideas

Yes that is what it looked like thanks so much should I leave it or get ride of it

Just leave it. They'll most likely disappear within 4 or 5 days. There's a small chance you might see some baby snails pop up here & there, but overall the majority of them will be consumed by something else.
