Weird wireless problem!!!!

I have a very strange issue, all of my Vortechs will go into "white LED" mode, which I believe is "sync". In this mode they pump at half speed with no change in speed. This happens across different types of Vortechs. It happens at random, with no warning. Old MP40s with the small white box, ES MP60s, QD MP60s. The only Vortech that is not affected is the MP20, which does not use wireless. I have a ticket in with Ecotech, but so far their tech support has no answers. I am sure this has to do with RF interference of some sort. I have solved the issue on the MP60, by removing the wireless card from the unit, but the older MP40s with the old rectangular box, have an onboard wireless chip. I have looked at the driver board and see a chip labeled "ANT1". I think this is the wireless antenna. I think if I clip the leads coming into an out of this chip, I could disable the wireless feature, which I don't use at all. Has anyone ever encountered this issue, or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are your pumps entering Feedmode? More over, can you send a video of the issue to our support staff to confirm this?

Alex, I have done that very thing. I sent a video yesterday, the pumps LEDs go "white" and run at a slow steady speed. I believe "white" is a sync condition, where "white" means this pump is a slave. The master in this case is also white.

I have figured out the wireless chip location. First of all I want to thank Ecotech for helping me out with some ES board to fix my issue. Now, for the fix on the older MP40 boards. Once I had obtained the replacement ES drivers, I could troubleshoot with the older drivers. There is a purple chip that is labeled ANT1 on the driver board. I used a razor knife and I cut the leads on one side of the chip and removed it. It was very easy to do. I then powered the MP40 up with no issue. There is no wireless anymore, but I do not need that feature. No more RF interference!!!!
