Weird worm of some kind?

I got a new mushroom rock from a local pet store a few weeks back. I noticed the past few days these weird round things on the mushrooms. At first I thought they were part of the mushroom, but I noticed they moved! Can anyone tell me what these things are?

Flat worms, I can tell. Salifert makes a treatment for these guys (Flatworm Exit).

They are quite nasty, when they die. The fluids in their bodies are toxic. H2O changes are recommended before and after treatment to prevent build up, as well as carbon for purification afterwards.
