I really thought my new Carpenter's Flasher wrasse was a goner. The color was good, but, it kept laying on its side all during acclimation(which took FOREVER to equalize the salinity)
When I finally was able to put him in the tank, it laid on the sand, wedged under a rock gasping. I thought it had finally died as it was sorta swaying in the current and didn't look like it was breathing. I had to go get the kids, so, I figured it would be dead, or not when I got home
I didn't see it when I got home, so I figured it was gone
Today, it was out swimming around and ate like a pig. My lubbocks wrasse is doing really well and eating(though still hiding most of the time) but the Scott's fairy wrasse has gone missing. He was the first out in the open and I have searched all around the tank for him(including behind it) and can't find him
I am going to give it a few more days and see if it comes out.
