Went to TROPICORIUM in Michigan on my way to Windsor

So I stopped by TROPICORIUM on my way to Windsor. From the look of the outside I thought I had wasted my time on going here. Once I entered the door into the building I was shocked. They had many many wooden tanks of large amounts of water just full of nice looking corals. This place is worth the stop if you get up that way. Its like 15 miles south of Detroit. I looked at stuff on the way up and then bought some things on the way home. I picked up a real nice pipe organ for $35.00 and a Dendronepthea for $55. They had real nice quality stuff. I also bought some frags of zoos for $10. Overall though I thought they had some really nice stuff and a great staff.

very much worth the stop and/or trip up.
I used to go 2x a year I need to get back up there :)

I have been there before and they do have some really nice stuff. I highly encourage everyone to go there if they get a chance....

yopu know the place has to be good if they supply a public aquarium with stuff. (Shedd Aquarium)
Summertime is usualy not so great due to high temps in the green house.

Did they have a bunch of clams? when you went they usually do. Give us some more details!!!

They didn't really have many clams, maybe about 5 that I seen. I haven't gotten around to taking any pictures yet but will here soon. They had pretty much anything though that you can want. I know that if I had not spent most of my money at Windsor, I would have drop a lot of cash. The pipe organ that I got from them though is having some problems. I only get like 5 to open up then they close. I'm not sure if its going to make it or if it is very stressed. I got back on Friday night and put it in the tank and hasn't fully opened. I hope it makes it. It was looking very nice in there tank and had very bright green centers. They had a deep sea pipe organ that had a neon green center, but they weren't selling it b/c they only had like 5 heads left. If anyone knows where to get these let me know.

my pipe organ that I had a while back took a while to open up so give it a few days :)
also need to be really careful as the tubes break really easily. (i'm sure already knew that)

They have a nice store set-up. Lots of tanks and a large selection. Did anyone else watch the sharks eat? Pretty funny to watch like 10 huge sharks all line up to get food.
