Wet/Dry container

Is there any downsides for using a rubbermaid container for a sump or wetdry????

Like a lot of them made by rubbermaid and other companies offer lifetime warranties and are very durable. Plus for $7 each i'll buy two and have one sitting in the other for more support. Is this a bad idea or a good idea??? Is there any negatives to using a rubbermaid container??? is there anything else that can be used rather then spending hundreds on a acrylic one

Just make sure they don't leetch bad stuff. Food grade is ok.

are all rubbermaids food grade???? I was at home depot and found one called rubbermaid roughneck and it was the perfect size and was very durable. Should it say right on the bucket if its food grade or not????

I have a even better idea... would a cooler work??? like a cooler used for holding food and drink for the beach or whatever. They are much more durable and would help insulate the water LOL Would this work because they are food grade for sure
