That is definitely not normal. Check to see if you can remove the drive shaft from the bearing. It looks as a minimum you will need a new wet frame and most likely a drive shaft. You should be able to reuse the ceramic bearing. Send a service request to service@ecotechmarine.com We will need the serial number of the unit and date of purchase.

hmm..so where should i look up for the serial number?...and since it's 100% a default product, then why would i still need the serial number and the purchase date ...etc ?
Look for the serial number on the serial number label on the underside of the driver or the side panel of the WWD. The reason we need that is to determine if it is under warranty or not. As stated above this will be handled once a request has gone through proper channels - send request to service@ecotechmarine.com
