what a good lighting schedule?

Now that I have my water in check I'm focusing on tweeking my lighting. I have the lights 6 1/2" from the top of my aquarium. The aquarium is 30" tall. here are the lighing specs -
Model 1079 Length 72" 10,000K PowerPaq HQI 3x250 Actinic 460nm 4x39w Actinic 420nm 4x39w Lunar Light Blue/White 12/12 Production Dimensions Total Watts 1080

What time are you home?? What kinds of corals/livestock do you have? Do you have a fuge?

no fuge just yet. I have quite a few sps, some softies a favite and a candycane. a condy anemone, 2 perc clowns, a blue damsel, a 3 tripe damsel and a scooter blenny. oh and of course, a blue starfish lol. im home all the time right now. once summer classes start I'll be gone from morning until early afternoon.
