I am not familar with that kind of crab. To me it looks like some kind of fiddler crab. If it is I wouldn't put it in your tank. Fiddlers need to get out of the water from time to time. But I am no expert so hopefully someone else could help with an ID for you. And give you a better idea if it is safe to put in your tank.

I thank is kind of fiddler crab becuse I find it out side of the tank in as you said Fiddlers need to get out of the water from time to time.

this type of crab need to get out of the water from time to time as rlf_racing said I agree with him so will be find in tank without get out of the tank. will be help the coral and eat the alge or will be keep coral Safe only
it is tank cleaner
