What am I dealing with? flukes?

I have a purple tang and a flame angel that have been through 9 TT (every 3 days), 4 rounds of prazipro and 2 rounds of Metro (added to water column). last week was the last tank transfer and I added them to the final tank for observation. at this point both fish are eating great and no issues. Couple of days pass and the flame stopped eating and is scraping his right gill on a pvc and tends to hide often. I also notice that both fish have white poop kinda like shredded cabbage or brine shrimp looking. Not long, short but white. So I did one more round of prazi. flame was still scraping so i took both fish out, did a fresh water dip for 5 min ( but didnt really see anything fall off, Or I have no idea what to really look for or if what i'm seeing is flukes or just debri from the water ) and put them in a brand new tank/water. the flame was constantly shaking his head and body for about 30 min and then stopped. still not eating, but seems interested. He used to eat like a pig, now eats one bite, spits it out and no more. The purple tang is eating well but on the skinny side (hence why I used metro to rule out internal parasite). any thought what I'm dealing with or what I should be my next step? I hate to lose him after such long journey!

the poop situation could just be due to so many PP and Metro doses ... they do effect fish's appetite as well, which might explain the angel not eating ?

did the freshwater dip make the angel eat better or perk up after ?

if they are hiding, or staying in front of power head, after so many TTs, it might be Velvet.

I just did the fw dip last night. I fed a little after but it didnt eat. It was interested, chased the food, took one bite and spit it out again. It is a lot more active again and I haven seen it rubbing anymore. so i dont know. I have not seen any patches or changes in color on the fish. Could it be velvet after over a month of having this fish? I thought it was a fast killer.

So tonight after trying 4 different type of food it finally ate a couple of pieces of Mysis. But then gave out about an 1/2" of white stringy poop. I have general cure I'm going to start treating with unless someone could sudjest anything else?? I also have paraguard but have never used it before. Should I use it as a bath?

I would rule out velvet and brook after a month.

i dont think thats 100%. specially when running other treatments.

that same assumption has lead me to a tank crash in september last year !

ran hypo, and PP ... thought its just ich, which I can deal with, turned out it was velvet.

brook kills fast.

velvet I think kills fast once it reaches the last stage of it, when the skin is peeling off and ...
