I am upgrading my 20H to a 29 gallon (i know, huge difference) and im drilling my new tank and adding more flow etc.

the 29 will eventually have 4 24" T5 2 blue, 2 daytime, and a 14k 175 watt MH. For flow I will have a mag 5 return, and 2 seio 620's

What SPS could i keep with these parameters and the fact that there will be other corals in the tank, like lps, and softies

once it is mature enough you will be able to keep most anything... you could always start with some monti digi... but you will have plenty of lighting to where you could keep most if not all sps

I'd suggest frags of:
Pocillapora
Montipora [digitata or cap/plating ... personally I'd avoid encrusting/etc until you have these down]
Perhaps an Acropora, but I'd go for a very hardy, very easy to color captive frag one [Green slimer comes to mind] ... but I'd get the Monti/Poci's growing well first.

k ill keep all those in mind, my tank is already established and im transfering it all over... the lights wont come til after the tank is set up for a while so its no biggy on waiting

How are you planing to put 4 T5s and a MH over a 29? I just put 2 24" T5 tubes over my 29, soon to be 4, and 4 will be a relativly tight fit with SLRs on all the bulbs. I am planing on keeping sps and thought that the 4 T5s would be enough, was told so on the T5 Q&A thread. If you do it lets see pics of the setup.
