What kind of lighting will i need?.what are some of the parameters i will need to watch(will i need to watch phosphates, calcium, ect)?do i need to hand feed them or is light good enough?

Soft corals are verry easy to care for. No need to worry about calcium of alk to much your normal water changes will take care of that. Any type of coral lighting will work.

No. Alk and Calcium help the Stony corals build there skeletal structure. Soft corals don't have a skeletal structure

are you going to have a sump? i would suggest a nice 4 bulb t-5 fixture, its enough light to get you great color and growth for soft coral. Tell us more about your set up and how you plan on doing things.

I would like to get a sump with a refugium but that after i get my light and coral.is a 1.026
salinity level good?
