What are these? Pods, flatworms or something else?

I found a few of these under my Miami chalice that fell into the sand yesterday. I have treated everything I've put into my tank and hope these aren't anything bad.

Not an isopod. Most likely a species of flatworm.

It is a snail.

Yeah they kind of look like these small snails I have in my sump. Easy enough to tell for me though because I can feel their shells.

I finally found out exactly what they are. It an Isopod - Serolid (Sand Skater).
