What are these spots on my soft corals?

I have a ton of spots in the shaded areas of my softies. They seem to be on all my mushrooms, Xenia and toadstool. Is this a pest?

Quite an infestation. Careful when dealing with them as they release a toxin when they die. I hear the 6 line wrasse will take care of them and a species damsel
