what are these

hi all i just put about 35lbs of live rock and i noticed some tentacle looking things extending off the rock after about 10 minutes in thei tank their as thick as about 5lb fishing line and about 1-1 1/2 inches long what are they and are they good for the tank or not ?how do i get rid of them?

I've got the same worms in my tank as well.
All little single feeding tentacles coming from the rocks and the sand.
They've never seemed to bother anything, and nothing else seems interested in them either.
I'm curious on the ID too.

more than likely a POLYCHAETE or simply spaghetti worm
